RENKUM EIREANN Grade A Show Jumper Born April 1992 16.3hh Dark brown roan Eireann is a tough, talented and athletic horse with an outstandingly lovely temperament. He throws very good looking stock, already winning at county level, out of T.B. and Sport horse mares. He was graded in 1994 at Stoneleigh with the A.E.S. with the highest marks for conformation and movement, and was Approved in 1999. He was ranked 6th out of the top 10 Living Young Sires by Own BSJA Winnings for 1999 (B.H.D.). Eireann jumps with ease 1.30 mtr and 1.40 mtr classes currently at county shows and at Hickstead. Among his best successes, so far, he was 4th in the Zangersheide 1.30mtr Championship at Hickstead in '98 and of 128, and 8th in the final out of more than 300 qualifiers - including many top international horses using this class as a warm up. The previous year he was =5th in the Milton 5 year old Championships at the Festival. In '99, from only a few outings, he was 6th in the Accumulator at the Edenbridge and Oxted Show. This year he has won the 1.30 / 1.40 class at the Devon County 2006, and also qualified for the 1.30 Welsh Masters 2006 Eireann will continue to compete when not engaged in stud duties. He stands at £450 n.f.f.r.
