Abbotsbury – Dorset

East Farm House - Abbotsbury

East Farm House holds all the rustic charm of a 17th Century Dorset Longhouse, with its squeaky floors and old beams and a flourish of tumbling creeper climbing all over the front of the house. We have three charming guest rooms which all have en-suite facilities, a colour television and the added benefit of tea and coffee making facilities.

East Farm House has been the home of the Wood family for at least three generations. It is the home of David and Wendy Wood “mine hosts” and their two daughters Samantha and Nicola.

The house offers the chance of a warm and friendly welcome in a very unique country setting.

Abbotsbury is a very old monastic village with its thatched cottages, little craft shops and tea rooms, nestling under the hills.

Lyme Bay and the famous Chesil Beach lie minutes away to the South, holding some of the best views in the country.
